Welcome To Sally's Vintage Kitchen

Hello, my name is Sally and I'm owner and operator of Sally's Vintage Kitchen.

I'm a wife and mother and the kitchen is really the Heart of Our Home. I love shopping and buying and decided to open my own Etsy Shop.

I do not profess to be an expert on vintage items. I used my best effort to determine the era from which the item was manufactured.

Vintage to me means warm, wonderful, and fond memories of the past. With vintage items you can reconnect with those fond memories of an era from your past, that is so meaningful to you. I love the nostalgic feeling that the vintage items bring to the kitchen and dining room.

I especially love vintage kitchen items from the 1940's thru the 1990's.

I'm always looking to find vintage kitchen items that are in good to very good condition.

Customer service is very important to me. I strive to treat the customer in the same way that I would want to be treated.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout are the only forms of payment that I accept.

Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal accept all major credit cards.

For those who wish to use PayPal but have no account with the service, PayPal allows you to make payments with your credit card without you having to open an account. Simply select " Check out with PayPal" in your shopping cart and then select " Pay with credit or debit card." PayPal will not save your card info unless you decide to open a PayPal account.

PayPal transactions. If the payment is paid via e-check, the order will ship as soon as the e-check clears. Please note that in the case of PayPal e-checks, the payment clearing process can take several days.

Payment must be made within twenty-four hours of your purchase, otherwise I'll regrettably have to cancel the order.
Shipping
I only ship to the United States.

I do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date.

If you provide me with an incorrect address and I ship your order to that address, it is your responsibility to track down your package. Orders lost in such a manner are not eligible for a refund.

Winter Notice: Due to New England's winter weather shipping delays may occur.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible-New England winter weather permitting. Thank you for your understanding.

I check my messages twice daily. Monday through Friday any order placed and paid for prior to 9 A.M. will, more than likely, ship later that same day. Orders placed and paid for after 9 A.M. will, more than likely, ship the following day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will ship the next business day.

My shipping methods are: All packages are shipped USPS. Books are shipped Media Mail; all others are shipped Priority Mail.

I ship all my products fully insured so you are covered in the event your purchase is damaged in transit to you.

Upon shipping, I will convo you to provide you with the tracking number for your purchase.

NOTE: I ship everything insured, with a tracking number. No exceptions.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you do not like the item you purchased, you have one week, from the day you received the item, I'll refund your money. You are, however, responsible for the return shipping cost. The package must be insured for the full value of the item. The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging.

Damaged items (Insured Package): If your item was damaged during shipping, you need to do the following three things:

1. Take a picture of the item and sent it to me by e-mail.

2. Return the item and the original packing materials.

3. Fill out a post office affidavit confirming the damage to the item occurred during shipping. Once I receive all the above items a refund will be issued.
