SaltwaterTriageVin will ship your item(s) via priority mail, UPS or Fed Ex residential, most likely in a recycled (but always sturdy and useable) box and send you the tracking information on the day of shipping. We take great care in packaging your new valuable like it was our own (cause It was for a while and we love all this stuff). If you would like expedited shipping or would like to ship multiple items together, we are happy to get an accurate quote at the local post office and let you know before payment. PLEASE NOTE- we have stopped shipping all dish ware and glass via parcel post after two unfortunate experiences. USPS uses forklifts to dump parcel post boxes and so only the most sturdy, un-damagable items can be shipped this way. Yes, the freight is more, but you will receive your item(s) in good condition, not in pieces! We take care to be sensitive to the cost of shipping and try and quote accurately and also price heavier items appropriately.
If you are out of the US, or use a APO box and are interested in an item, please convo and we will do the research to provide you with an accurate shipping cost. We have not had good success shipping to Canada, even with the most careful packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy. If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact by email within the week and we will arrange to refund your money once the item is received back into our inventory. Please understand that you are responsible for return shipping costs and re-packaging if necessary.
