My description states that these are 1" discs, all sterling silver. She received them and returned them saying they were not big enough for what she intended to use them for (according to her email to me, something other than earrings) and promptly left me negative feedback. I clearly state that I don't take returns unless I've made an error in the listing, or unless we work something else out prior to returning as I make each item to order. She simply sent them back (with no prior communication), told me they weren't big enough and told me to refund her. Huh? I'm a little confused by the negative feedback.
