I ship via USPS First Class mail to my U.S. customers. Please contact me for a quote if you prefer a different method or need an item in a hurry.
In stock items typically ship within one to three business days (Monday through Friday). Please contact me if you need an item by a specific date and I will be more than happy to try to accommodate you.
Current processing times for made to order items are noted within the product listings. All illustration necklaces are printed, hand cut, sanded and sealed by me and may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
I ship first class international to buyers outside of the U.S. Please contact me for a quote if you prefer a different shipping method.
Tracking information is not available via first class international, but I will always send you proof of shipment. Shipping times can vary greatly by location, but is usually anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
You are responsible for any customs fees/import taxes on your purchase--these are not included in the shipping costs. Please be aware of your country's policies and rates before purchase.
All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
