5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love this collar! My first impression is that it is masterfully crafted with excellent attention to detail and materials. I only just received it so I have no comment on its durability or how long it will last, but it did come with complimentary leather upkeep product. I'll try to remember to come back in a year with a follow up review, but for now I'm very impressed.

I appreciated the sizing instructions that were provided upon request, and the received collar fits my dog appropriately. Thank you for the excellent work!

1 out of 5 starsIts been well over a month now and I've received nothing. Very little to no contact or communication with the seller. She just took my money and I've received nothing in return. I even offered to pay to ship it out again and to even pay extra for express shipping, but no response and it's been over a month now. Will not be doing business with salukifeathers again. WARNING TO ALL! She is a thief/scammer!

The shipping issue (incomplete address) was identified April 19, and after communicating with you, you confirmed and admitted that it was YOUR error as you did not include the apartment number in your shipping address. I wrote on that date that I would ship it again at your expense when it was returned. On May 3, you opened a case and left this scathing and libelous review. The item came in May 10. I've contacted you multiple times when tracking was updated. How can I help an unreasonable customer who ADMITS to their shipping address mistake and won't wait for their custom item to get back into my hands for me to reship? Why won't you respond to any of my communications since April, save for opening a case where you won't reply either? I'll let the rest of my feedback speak for itself.
