Discovering My Love for Watercolor

I opened my Etsy shop shortly after graduating from Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, FL. At the time I also began my art career as a freelance artist, creating everything from traditional paintings, digital illustrations, to graphic design for commercial projects. However, traditional illustration and painting has always been my main focus and passion. Growing up and living in South Florida, in a town surrounded by the ocean and intricate waterways has influenced my work. Always enveloped by a bright and tropical locale, I cannot help but paint with vibrant, intense colors. At first, my Etsy shop was full of oil paintings and had a humble beginning. Then one day I decided to paint a mermaid with a newly purchased set of watercolors; never really devoting much time to watercolors, it was a bit of an experiment. It turned out to be a lot of fun and I absolutely LOVED all of the bright clean colors that I could achieve! Watercolor was a big success, my work took off in that style, and I've continued to paint, developing my abilities using watercolors ever since!

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

All sales are final, unless arrived damaged.

I will replace or exchange an item if it arrives damaged. Contact me within three days of receiving the delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. I will send a replacement asap. (I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows it has been delivered. If you need a signature confirmation, please let me know.)

Every print is inspected and approved by me for quality and accuracy to the image that is pictured. Please remember that Etsy is a site for small business and providing the same refund policies as large corporations is extremely difficult. I work hard to provide quality items that ship in a timely manner.
I accept payment by Direct Checkout and Paypal. Once I receive confirmation of your payment I create and ship your purchase immediately. Most orders are shipped out the same or next day. Some items are made to order, and may take more time.
All items are shipped a in flat nonbending package, or rolled in a tube, depending on the purchase. Each listing will specify package type.

I usually ship through USPS mail. If international shipping is not offered for a particular item, I must discuss mailing options with customer and can create a custom order with an adjusted postage price according to its destination.

Shipping Upgrades: I can upgrade your shipping at any time and adjust the shipping price. Please let me know of your shipping needs before you purchase.

Losses: I am not responsible for any losses to your item once it has been delivered to your location. Once tracking shows confirmation of delivery, I cannot replace any lost items. If you need a signature to be required for delivery, please let me know before you purchase your order.

I accept commissions and custom orders. If you see a print but the original is no longer offered, I may be able to recreate something very similar, or replicate as specified to the best of my abilities.
