Due to our sales volume, our mug size, shape and style may change, due to what is available to us. Please message us previous to ordering, if you would like to view our current style/shape of mug. Please note we have a laser engraver, for our wood products. We make the wood items in the same workshop, so the boxes could smell like smoke, for this reason (the laser burns wood, and sometimes creates smoke in our workshop). Our workshop is ventilated, but during busier season it runs constantly.
**Please note: Depending on what mugs are available to us, the ceramic mug shown in the picture can vary by shape/size. Please message us previous to placing order, to view our current mugs.
**Our mugs our now sublimation (heat pressed dyes), dishwasher and microwave safe. Our coffee mug designs will not chip, peel or fade. Super high quality.
**All of our items come gift boxed, and ready for immediate gifting.
**Due to mug availability our mug style and shape may change, the mugs we use will be beautiful and the design will remain the same. All that may change is mug shape and style. Thank you.

Frequently asked questions
How do I personalize an item?
Just add the item you would like to your shopping cart. Then at checkout include a message in the "note to seller" box that provides us with the changes or name you would like.
Are personalizations free?
Yes! Most of our items come with free personalizations. Our stick figure mugs do have an extra cost when adding different features such as curly hair or colored dresses. Names are all free though.
I have an idea for a gift, can you help me make it?
Yes we absolutely can. During peak times such as Christmas or Mother's day it's best to get your order in early so we have plenty of time to work on the design. For custom orders just click the "Request a custom order" link and send us a message with your idea along with your state or country so that we can calculate the shipping costs.
If I upgrade my shipping method will my item be created sooner?
Upgrading your shipping method applies to the postal service and how fast they deliver it to you after they receive the package from us. If you message us and let us know that you need an item quickly we can usually accommodate. Typically we work on all items in the same order they are received and they are shipped on or before the scheduled ship date.
