Sammy Lammy began in 2014 when the owner, Sam, decided to follow her dream of sewing. She was first introduced to the vast world of sewing possibilities as a child when her grandmother taught Sam how to sew simple stitches and use a sewing machine. She continued sewing and learning as years went on, until her love for sewing began taking up all of her time (as well as rooms in her home.) Sam realized she wanted to share her abilities and creative visions with those around her, so she decided to open a shop selling her purses and accessories so others could enjoy them as much as she has. Sam hand picks all materials used and designs her purses based on needs she sees in her own daily life.
