Welcome to San Filippo Leather. Everything here is made by us in our shop here in the USA. We strive to make every product stand the test of time, and improve with it. Leather is a wonderful textile, each hide with it's own character and small natural flaws. No piece will be exactly the same.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
We do not accept returns for personalized or custom orders. For all other orders we will only accept merchandise that has been unused and shows no signs of wear. We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date.
Payment
We will start on your order after payment has been received. If your order is not personalized or custom you may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. If your item is personalized or custom we will not accept cancellation if we have already started on the order. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Depending on the value of your order and your countries policies, you may be subject to a tax on your order upon delivery.
Shipping
We will ship USPS with confirmation. We will not ship or start a custom order until payment is received. US buyers can expect 1-7 days for shipping depending on which shipping option you choose. International orders can expect 2-4 weeks for international first class shipping, 1-2 weeks for Priority Mail shipping and 3-5 days for Priority Mail Express. Your package will have to go through customs which can take a long time especially during the holiday season (November-December.) Also please be aware that your country may charge tax or duty fees.

Frequently asked questions

Wholesale availability

We can offer a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more. We try to keep our prices reasonable and it takes a lot of work for each of our items so we do not do wholesale at this time. We urge anyone interested in selling our products to mark them up accordingly.

Care instructions

Leather- We recommend using a gentle, all natural leather conditioner such as our San Filippo Leather Care, usually after 6 months to a year of use. We do not recommend using this or any product on our distressed brown leather, diamond chap clutch or any of our dopp kits. Use a clean cloth and apply in circular motions.
Like most high quality leather products, some of ours will require you to break them in, as you would with a new pair of leather shoes.

Stainless Steel & Brass- Avoid wearing in chlorinated water or salt water. To clean use warm water and mild dish soap. Stainless steel is tough and won’t tarnish, which is why it’s a favorite material of ours.
