Hello

My name is Susanna Rodriguez and I am the owner and operator of 2BeBeadedbySana. Sana has always been my nickname that my parents had given me when I was a little girl, so it is what I chose to attach to my shop name. All items in my shop are handmade by me.

Although handcrafting jewelry has been a fun hobby for me, I am very particular about materials that I use and how I put them together. I am constantly learning something new as I work on fresh pieces. I chose to add Tagua Nut to my collection because I love the vibrant colors. I also enjoy making more simple creations with stainless steel and other metals.

Since all communication is done through email, I make every effort to make my customers satisfied with their purchases from answering messages promptly, to getting their order out in a timely manner. I appreciate all of you who have taken the time to visit my shop, and who have chosen my jewelry either for gifts or for yourselves.

First I would like to say that I want your shopping experience at 2 Be Beaded by Sana to be a pleasant one. I will try my best to satisfy your needs in every way possible.
Please keep in mind that changes in sizes may result in a slightly different look to the jewelry piece. Please allow 2 weeks for custom order requests or for orders that need size changes. If I can get the item out sooner will try my very best to do so.

Payment
I accept both Paypal and Direct Checkout. Buyer must pay for order before it can be shipped out. Custom orders must be paid in full before item is crafted and shipped out.
Shipping
All orders will ship within 2 business days depending on time and day of purchase. I ship all domestic purchases first class mail with delivery confirmation (orders over $250 and over require signature confirmation).

Please double check your shipping address so that you will receive your purchase in a timely manner. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address for shipping. I will not be able to provide a refund if the item is sent to your address as listed in your payment info and it is incorrect. Thank you for your consideration regarding this matter.

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 business days after items are received. I will try my best to resolve any issues you might have. Otherwise a full refund will be made for the item purchased in its original condition, not including shipping fees. Refunds cannot be made after 30 days of receipt of item.

***This policy does not include loss of any kind. If an item is lost and I do not have a replacement in stock, a $5 custom order fee will be charged to re-order.

Care instructions

It is important that you follow proper care instructions to insure that your jewelry will last. Please:

Do Not Swim while wearing

Do not Shower or Bathe while wearing

Put on perfumes, lotions etc. BEFORE putting on jewelry. And wash hands before handling.

Store jewelry in plastic ziploc provided or neatly in a jewelry box.

Stainless steel can be cleaned with a LINT FREE cloth and vinegar if needed (I use Microfiber cloth which is usually enough).

Gift wrapping and packaging

All women's jewelry will arrive in a lovely printed kraft gift box.

Sizing details

Please make sure that when placing orders for bracelets that you read carefully on how to determine the correct size in my description section on each item. If you have any questions, please contact me.

If you need a piece made for someone who is left handed, I am happy to change the position of the clasp. Please feel free contact me.

Custom and personalized orders

There will be an extra fee for custom orders if I do not have product in stock and have to order separately. Time will vary, but usually custom orders take 1-2 weeks or less if I have items in stock. Prices will will be determined and payment must be made before placing order. Contact me with any questions.

Shipping

I will ship out orders from 1-2 business days after receiving notification of your order. Normal shipping times take about 3 business days, but there are no guarantees. Please make sure that you give yourself enough time by placing your order early enough for proper delivery times. And please make sure that your address is up to date before ordering.

I do not ship internationally.

Allergies

****I am a dog owner and I try my best to keep my items free and clear of pet hair. There is always the possibility of pet dander, so please keep this mind if you are severely allergic to dogs. Thank you!
