Sand & Serif è stata fondata nel 2008 nel settore della ristorazione e dell'ospitalità.
Ho diretto location per eventi, pianificato e ospitato matrimoni, elaborato menù, ideato stili culinari e plasmato l'atmosfera dei ristoranti dall'interno.
Oggi lavoro come responsabile marketing e designer, combinando il pensiero strategico con sistemi visivi raffinati.
Ho vissuto e lavorato lungo diverse coste, dall'Europa all'Australia, dalla Costa Rica all'Indonesia. Sono un surfista e l'oceano ha plasmato il mio modo di intendere il ritmo, il tempismo e la presenza.
Per me l'ospitalità segue gli stessi principi: fluidità, presenza e armonia all'interno di uno spazio.

I have led event-driven venues, planned and hosted weddings, developed menus, styled food and shaped restaurant atmospheres from the inside.
Today, I work as a marketing manager and designer - combining strategic thinking with refined visual systems.
I have lived and worked along different coastlines, from Europe to Australia, Costa Rica and Indonesia. I am a surfer, and the ocean has shaped how I understand rhythm, timing and presence.
Hospitality, to me, follows the same principles - flow, presence and harmony within a space.
