At the Art Academy my heart opened up for me to tap into my creativity from within and I came in contact with deeper layers of myself. I discovered that I was a highly sensitive person (HSP). A concept that was not well known at the time. It was a new chapter in life and something that was unknown for me.

My life was intense
I saw and felt things that were out of this world. Energies and shapes that no one had told me about. I had to investigate this because a different world revealed itself to me that I didn't know about yet. It felt like a longing from my soul to really get to know and heal myself. Maybe following this road I could explain my mood swings and sensitive intestines and restore balance in my life.

What I felt all my life now fell into place
I tried everything that I thought would help me get closer to this unknown world. Reading spiritual books, meditation, reiki, yoga, Oneness Deeksha, tarot reading, Theta healing, alternative nutrition and massage techniques nothing was too strange for me. But it wasn't until years later when I had found my way in spirituality that I began to experience my high sensitivity as a blessing and to really heal. I traveled to India to learn more about Buddhist thangka painting and here I took the opportunity to withdraw deep into myself. All the puzzle pieces fell together here. What I have felt my whole life fell into place. The feeling of something more or bigger than ourselves. Through the connection with the gods and the space that was created, I could fully connect from the heart. I felt how love, happiness and freedom filled my whole being. I feel it: this is who I am!
