Sandra Smith™ was born from a heart-centered place.

In 2012, I taught myself to sew, fell in love with the creative process, and learned the ropes as I went along. Being a resourceful person with an entrepreneurial spirit, I transformed my hobby into a fledgling business, which then became the inspiration that helped me forge through extraordinary changes in my personal life.

Sewing is my salvation.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For payments that are processed through Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay. Payment is processed through an SSL secured server.
Every item is measured, cut, and sewn one at a time. We follow a queue and create products according to when the order was placed.

For all orders, please allow 2-3 business days for production (4-5 business days for larger orders).

Your order is automatically added to the creation queue as soon as it comes in. Please make sure your customizing selections, size and shipping address are correct before you purchase. Any errors or missing information will result in a delay of your order processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. For international orders, tracking information will be forwarded where applicable. SHIPPING TIME RANGES FROM 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR U.S. ORDERS, AND ONE TO THREE WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

If you are in a hurry to receive your order, a rush is available for an additional fee. Please contact me as early as possible to arrange a creation upgrade.

Regarding customs/pickup fees: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country. It is your country’s sales tax. We are not permitted to declare your item as a gift because it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States.

All custom and personalized orders are final.

All items are made to order, just for you. Our current production time is 2-3 business days and all packages are shipped with USPS. Delivery takes 2-5 business days in the US, and 6-10 business days internationally.
