The ring is simply lovely: noble, graceful and bold at the same time, very well manufactured, truly a unique piece of jewelry. Sandrine is a smart and kind person, who helped me with some problemsI was having with the shipment, with patience and efficiency. Thank you ✌🏼

I had such a wonderful experience working with Sandrine! She is patient, helpful, and so very talented! I first approached her to recreate a favorite pair of earrings as a gift for a friend who had lost them. Sandrine took this on despite having never used the technique required for the recreation, executing flawlessly and packaging everything in a beautiful box. She checked in regularly to let me know of her progress and to get my input on how things were going. Best of all, she came in under budget! I couldn't be happier and will certainly come back to her again for any custom needs; do yourself a favor and do the same! Thanks to @AbhaSinghDesigns (who also does beautiful custom work) for the recommendation!

Finding inspiration in the land around me

Sandrine B. is a jewelry artist living in New York City. Her fascination for gemstones started as a young child who collected gemstones in the town of Vichy (France) and Idar-Oberstein (Germany). She found her calling in jewelry design in 2008 after visiting a jewelry show in Arizona. Since then she has been studying different techniques with various prominent teachers and artists in New York City.

Her inspiration comes from the land around her. A number of her pieces are reminiscent of her childhood spent in Corsica. During her walks in New York City and travels oversea, she collects discarded objects that she uses for inspiration. Some of her designs are molded from nature: sea shells, branches, etc. Others are loosely inspired from pictures or drawings. The pieces are named after the person or the place that inspired them.

In keeping with the latest fashion trends as a teenager in France, she soon realized that she had a different aesthetic... although remaining feminine, she often preferred to wear men's sweaters and jackets. This duality can be seen in some of her androgynous jewelry pieces.

she pays close attention to each sides of her jewelry pieces: top, bottom, sides and back. Some of her designs are asymmetrical and her pendant's backs are as intriguing as its front. Those are all original designs made by hand in her studio in Brooklyn.

Because she primarily uses the lost wax process her jewelry has dimension and weight. That solidity ensures that each jewelry piece can be passed on and bring joy and beauty to her wearer.

Her jewelry is casted in New York City by a small business using recycled/eco friendly metals.

Thank you so much for taking a peek!

Every single piece is designed, crafted, and finished by me. My inspiration comes from the nature around me and the spirit inside me.

Since every piece is designed and handcrafted in my studio, almost anything can be customized. From the type of metal, the gems & stones, the design aspects, and even engraving for some pieces. Please let me know if you need something in a specific size that is not listed, or if you'd like a chain a certain length.

Allow 2-4 weeks for custom order to be ready for shipping. If you have a time sensitive order, I will do my utmost to accommodate your needs.

Please also note, that while I try to keep up-to-date with the current cost of metals, gems, and stones, prices may vary at time of purchase of custom orders. I will always alert you to any cost or time frame changes in a timely manner.

I would be happy to work with you on a commissioned piece that is yours and yours alone - please just ask and we can start working on something wonderful together.

Thank you again for stopping by!
