Every single piece is designed, crafted, and finished by Sandrine. Inspiration comes from the nature around her, the spirit inside her, and the promise of something fantastical...

Since every piece is designed and handcrafted by Sandrine, almost anything can be customized. From the type of metal, the gems & stones, the design aspects, and even engraving for some pieces. Please inform us if you need something in a specific size that is not listed, or if you'd like a chain a certain length.

Since all pieces are made in our studio, please allow 2-4 weeks before items are shipped. If you have a time sensitive order, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

Please also note, that while we try to keep up-to-date with the current cost of metals, gems, and stones, prices may vary. We will always alert you to any cost or time frame changes in a timely manner.

We are also happy to work with you on a commissioned piece that is yours and yours alone - please just ask and we can start working on something wonderful together.

For all orders, payment must be received in full at the time of sale.



We will happily ship internationally and will add any additional shipping and handling costs to your bill.

Should you like to upgrade your shipping, please be sure to add that upgrade to your shopping cart. Both US and international shipping upgrades are available.

Refunds and Exchanges


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days upon the receipt of shipment to set up a return. You must contact us first to set up a return.

Please note that all custom orders are final sale.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless an error has been made. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original condition.

All returned its must be sent back with with insurance for the full amount of the merchandise and with a traceable shipping method.

We are not responsible for lost packages and have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
