SandyCorner's Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting my shop. My name is Alyssa and I create a variety of fine seashell art. All products in my shop are handmade and carefully crafted. Due to the fact that most of my products are made with seashells, there are no two alike! All shells used are real and naturally from the sea.
I accept payment through paypal which accepts all major credit cards. If payment on paypal is not recieved within 3 days the order will be cancelled.

If you wish to pay by personal check or money order please let me know and we will arrange for that. I will ship out the item after a check or money order is received.
Products will be shipped out as fast as possible. Usually this is between 1-5 days. For US orders, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Usually, orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, a full refund will be made (minus shipping charges) once the product has been shipped back to me. Please return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns made after 7 days will not be accepted. If returning, please try to package the product properly and secure so that it does not get damaged in transit.

Due to the nature of my product, while in transportation a seashell may come loose. Usually, clear tacky glue or hot glue will easily repair this problem.
