Thanks for stopping by! I sell an assortment of Moda cottons and precuts; vintage fabrics, and patterns for quilters.

All Sanourra items are handcrafted and/or stored in a smoke-free, one-pet home (my Angora bunny has never been near my fabric).

I believe in treating you, my customer, the way I would like to be treated. As a sewist, I understand that not all fabric cuts off the bolt are straight; I add an inch to each yard (as available) to ensure that you have the fabric you need.

I love custom orders, because it gives me a chance to interact with you a bit. :) I respond to questions within 24 hours, more quickly between 4pm and 2am PDT (I'm a bit of a night owl).

Currently I accept Paypal, Credit card (through Etsy Direct checkout), checks, and money orders. If you plan to pay by check or money order, please notify me at checkout. Your item will ship after the payment has cleared my bank. Paypal payments are expected within 48 hours of purchase.

If no payment if received within 3 business days (unless otherwise discussed), the seller has the right to void the transaction and re-list the item at will.
I ship all orders to the address listed on Etsy, unless the buyer requests me to ship to a different one.

-I refund all unused shipping and handling charges over one dollar ($1) within 48 hours of shipment.

-Currently I do not purchase insurance on domestic packages. Insurance through ShipInsure is $1.50 per package. Please contact me if you'd like to add this service to your order.

-I place all items in a plastic bag and ship in an envelope or box (depending on the item) so it gets to you in perfect condition. I do like to reuse like-new envelopes and boxes when possible, but let me know if you prefer a brand new shipping container.

-If you add enough patterns or fabric to your order, and your items still fit in an USPS Flat Rate Envelope, I will combine the shipping of your items and refund any charges above flat rate shipping to your area. If your items do not all fit in one flat rate envelope, I will use the remainder of your shipping fees to ship the rest of your items, at the best possible rate.

-I ship using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 48 hours for packaging and shipping. Arrangements can be made for different shipping methods prior to sale.

- To prevent shipping delays, please make sure to notify me of the correct delivery address if the address on your Etsy receipt does not match the address listed on your PayPal account.

-If you live or work within the Eugene or Springfield, Oregon area, contact me to arrange free pickup and cash payment options!

According to the USPS, International Priority Flat Rate Envelopes and packages, and First Class International packages are not trackable or traceable.

Shipping time can range from four to eight weeks, depending on the type of mail class used (Priority or First Class International). Please be patient!

However, these methods are by far the least expensive way to ship items internationally.

If you would like your international shipment to be trackable and traceable, please contact me so I can give you the most accurate shipping rate for your address.

- Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred, and I will not falsify information on customs forms. Period.
