Returns and exchanges
It is very important to me that you are 100% happy with your purchase!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the piece due to the item arriving broken or breaking suddenly, I am more than willing to return/exchange the item in it's UNWORN and original condition. Please contact me immediately if an item has been damaged in shipping, it is very important that you receive what you order. Occasionally an item is damaged during shipping, and I will refund or replace if returned shipped within 7 days of your receipt. ALWAYS feel free to contact me, I am more than willing to work with you, customer satisfaction is my top priority!

I accept credit cards through Etsy Direct, personal checks and money orders for my items. See below for specifics:
For International orders.........Etsy Direct only. You can pay through Etsy Direct using your credit or debit card. If you have any questions, please contact me.
If you are using a U.S. personal check, items will be shipped upon checks clearance An Item will not be considered sold until payment is complete.
SALES TAX:
Washington, USA: I must charge sales tax on orders being shipped within WA.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The customer is responsible for any customs or duties taxes on the order. If a Reserved listing or Custom listing is requested, I will hold the item for 48 hours. Thank you for your cooperation & timely payment. Please contact me if you would need something held longer than 48 hours. Your satisfaction is important to me.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING****
Unless made to order, all orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. At this time your purchase will be sent USPS. Insurance is not included in the shipping cost. If you would like to add insurance or other additional services, please contact me for a quote and adjusted invoice. Seller is not responsible for lost items in the mail.
***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*** I ship regular mail for international which can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. I am more than happy to ship USPS Priority mail. Generally it is 15.95. It usually arrives in 10 business days. I cannot guarantee any international packages. Once the package leaves the US there is no way for me to track it. If you want to purchase insurance and it is available for your country, please let me know before paying for your items so I can add the cost in. All duties, taxes and custom fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local government for more information.

Some items I use are natural or organic and are subject to natural flaws, please be advised that these are not "defective", just unique and beautiful, the way nature made them.
Because of the nature of wires and links in handmade jewelry, those items should be stored flat in a box. This also protects it from humidity. Use a polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. Some gemstones and pearls should not be dipped in jewelry cleaner.
