I create original hand lettered pieces and original artwork to inspire & encourage you!
Original art is my passion in life. Hand lettering and calligraphy is a huge part of that, along with illustration and painting! Whether your original piece will find a home on your desk, a gallery wall, or it's a piece for your nursery, home decor, or custom wedding signs or envelope addressing, I'm your gal to get the job done in an original, quality, unique and special way!
One unique feature about my work and my Etsy shop is that every single piece is hand drawn and created. I choose to do everything by hand, and not digitally. I have also chosen not to create prints or digital files as part of personal preference and what I love to do. I find great passion and joy in creating each piece by hand, so if original work is what you are looking for, you have come to the right place! I place the highest standards on myself for quality and care for each piece I create.
I have always loved being creative in my life, and it has taken so many different forms over the years. Painting (which I still do and love), drawing (charcoal is my favorite!), jewelry making, card making, scrapbooking, knitting, sewing, and on and on! I have always been drawing, painting and finding many creative outlets in life.
My love for hand lettering and calligraphy really began to blossom in 2012 after I returned from an 11 month mission trip around the world to 11 different countries. Art and words were a fantastic way for me to work through all of the emotions after my journey, and it has just grown from there!
I have a passion to inspire others, encourage you, and speak worth into your life. Words have power, and they have a deep impact on our lives. As a visual person, I know what an encouragement a physical, visual reminder can mean in my life, and I want to share that with you, too!
I also am huge on excellent customer service, and I love attention to detail. Honestly packaging everything personally for you is one of my favorite parts and I try to make my packaging as fun and special as possible, because who DOESN'T like getting fun mail?
Some other things about me; I am a Christian and faith is very important to me. I am married to the love of my life and am passionate about our marriage, and encouraging other married couples. We have a beautiful baby girl, Zoey, who was born two months early and is our little miracle NICU baby! I enjoy traveling, cooking, investing in my health, and being creative!

Returns and exchange details
STANDARD DESIGN ORDERS:
Orders can be fully canceled and refunded within 24 hours per your request as the buyer. After the 24 hours, the order can be canceled if the item has not been created, or shipped.
CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS:
Custom work cannot be canceled (after 24 hours), and cannot be refunded due to the nature of the work.
With custom work, you will receive a photo of the drafting process as well as a photo of the final product before shipping to assure that the product is to your liking. If I receive no reply within 48 hours after a photo has been sent, I will assume the piece is to your liking and it will be sent.
Please note that due to the nature of custom work and the time and love that goes into designing each piece, I cannot offer refunds for custom work, but will always work with you to make sure that you absolutely love your piece at the end of the process.
WORKSHOP AND CLASS ORDERS:
Please note that due to the nature of the event, preparation and purchase of class supplies, and the limited number of seats available per class, all sales are considered final after 24 hours of purchase, and there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend the scheduled event, please contact me as soon as possible prior to the class. You may transfer your class ticket ONCE to a future class up to one week before the scheduled class. Within one week of the class, you are allowed to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please contact me to transfer tickets, or if you have any questions.
If there is inclement weather on the day of the class and the class must be rescheduled, you will be able to transfer your reservation of that class to another date or schedule a specific date at your convenience.
Payment
Shipping
Smaller pieces (4x6 and 5x7) are sent in a sturdy envelope through USPS First Class mail, and will include a tracking number. Smaller pieces should arrive within 3 to 5 business days of being shipped, depending on where you are located.
Larger pieces (8x10 and 11x14) will be sent backed with sturdy cardboard for added protection, also sent through First Class parcel mail. These pieces will come with a tracking number, and arrive between 3 to 5 business days.
Anything larger than 11x14 is sent via USPS Priority Mail, will include a tracking number, and arrive between 2 to 3 business days.
USPS estimates shipping between 3 to 7 days. However, given the time of year and the possibility of inclement weather, these are estimates of time, and once your package is with the USPS, it is out of my hands and control as to the speed of delivery. Shipping times are never guaranteed by the USPS, therefore Sarah Cason Designs cannot guarantee a delivery date (but we work as hard as possible for you to receive your piece as quickly as possible).
If you need a piece sooner, please let me know and I can add on the priority shipping for an additional cost. Rarely do we have issues with delivery, but if it does occur, Sarah Cason Designs is not liable if the package does not arrive by the estimated shipping time due to shipping company's mistake or delay.
I do everything I can to package your piece with care to protect it from the elements and dings. Sarah Cason Designs is not liable for stolen packages after tracking shows "delivered" or for weather damage after arrival. If you would like a signature confirmation or hold for pick up option on your package delivery, please let me know and I can add this for an extra charge.
In case something DOES happen to your package, please let me know and we will work something out!

Sizing details
If you see a piece that you love in my shop, but it isn't the right size, let me know! I can absolutely customize the size of any piece to your desired size (as wording and space allows).
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like to send your piece as a gift, let me know and I can include a customized personal message!
Wholesale availability
I would love to partner with you on wholesale orders to fill your shop with my original pieces. Please reach out and message me for details.
Custom Materials
If you would like to have a custom piece created for you on a material such as wood, canvas, etc, please let me know. I would love to work with you to create that! Depending on the size and your location we can see if it is a possibility!
