We make cute crochet and fabric products. Anything from blankets to dungarees!

I taught myself to crochet with a little help from friends. People liked what I made and asked to buy them. So I decided to open Sarah Makes.

At Sarah Makes everything is handmade with high quality materials.
I welcome bespoke orders.
Most of my items are made to order, if the lead time will be longer than stated in the listing I will get in contact with you straight away.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
* If your custom product(s) arrives damaged please notify Sarah Makes by emailing info@sarahmakes within 7 days of receiving your order. You must return the damaged product to repaired or replaced to Sarah Makes at the address provided on your invoice. You will be reimbursed for any additional postage costs at the basic postage rate (e.g. if you choose to return by Next Day delivery you will only be reimbursed the cost of 2nd class delivery).
* Pre-made/in stock product(s)may be returned up to 14 days after the day you received them. The product must be unused and be returned at the buyers expense to Sarah Makes at the address provided on your invoice. You must inform Sarah Makes by emailing info [!at] sarahmakes.co.uk within the cancellation period with the reason you are returning your product. You will be reimbursed the cost of the item returned only within 14 days of Sarah Makes receiving the product or within 14 days after proof of postage has been emailed to info [!at] sarahmakes.co.uk
* If your pre-made/in stock product(s) arrives to you damaged you may return the product(s) 14 days after the day you received them for the product to be repaired or replaced. Payment
* If you have a custom order you will be placed into an order waiting list. An estimated time your order will be completed will be within the product listing. If the lead time is longer than in the listing I will inform you as soon as possible. You will be able to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you are not happy with the additional lead time.
* All pre-made/instock product(s) will be available to post within the next 2 working days unless there are circumstances which will prevent this - you will be informed if this is the case.
* You will be given confirmation when your order has been posted.

Shipping
Orders are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail unless otherwise requested.
Orders over £20 will be send recorded delivery for insurance purposes.
