About

I love making beads.....so much

It always brings a smile to my face.

I've been making glass beads since I learnt 2002 and I have been working full time making beads, teaching how to make glass beads and dreaming glass beads for several years now.

I am a member of the Surrey Guild of Craftsmen and also of GBUK (Glass Beadmakers UK) and ISGB (International Society Of Glass Beadmakers)
I am registered SRA D14 a scheme for self representing artist glass beadmakers.

I am a member of the Frit-Happens! Forum Etsy team; search for the 'FHFteam' tag to find more original handmade lampwork beads, fused glass, jewellery and other goodies from our talented members.

Welcome to my Etsy shop and thank you for your interest in my work.

This is my small print page - the boring but necessary stuff!
Please take some time to read through my policies, I know it's a bit boring but it will hopefully tell you what you need to know, thank you.

**************************************************************

All of my lampwork glass beads have been lovingly made by me in my studio in West Sussex and are carefully annealed in a digitally controlled kiln in my studio to remove stress and for maximum strength and durability. Bead holes have been cleaned for your immediate creative use.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please note that I do not offer a jewellery design and making service through Etsy. I prefer not to take on jewellery making commissions unless I have discussed exact requirements and agreed to take on the project BEFORE any beads are purchased. Beads offered for sale here are solely for your creative use or for you to supply to your jewellery designer - maker. If any upgrades to pendants are available they will be clearly stated with the bead for sale and a pendant upgrade will be available to buy as a second item. Thank you :)

I hope that you will enjoy receiving and using your beads and jewellery as much as I have enjoyed creating them.

Additional policies and FAQs
All of my beads and jewellery are fully guaranteed. If one of my beads is faulty I will replace it but I cannot take responsibility for breakages of beads or jewellery that occur through wear and tear, misuse or mishandling.
My original lampwork beads are made of glass and as such should be handled with love and care. Whilst I have taken every care to anneal the beads, it is still possible that they could be damaged or cracked under certain circumstances, for example sudden sharp impact or dramatic temperature changes, or if not handled properly. Should any glass beads become cracked or damaged please discard as injury may result.

Always keep glass beads out of the reach of small children for safety (accidental damage or they may present a chocking hazard).

Phew, we got through that then, I hope you're still awake, I'm not sure I am!
