If you are in love with an item and absolutely cannot use either, please let me know and I will try to accommodate your needs. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, your order will be canceled.
I always ship using the address that appears on your Etsy account unless you indicate otherwise. Make sure you've entered the correct address during checkout. If a package does not reach you due to incorrect shipping information I reserve the right to request compensation in order to resend your order.
DOMESTIC BUYERS (Germany): I ship via Deutsche Post with delivery confirmation included. On occasion, packages do get delayed in the postal system.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I do declare the full price paid on items (excluding shipping) in packages that go through customs. That may impose extra fees, taxes, duties for you at the time of delivery. As a buyer you are solely responsible for all customs fees so please check with your local customs agency.
Please allow between 10-14 business days to U.S. destinations, 3 to 5 business days within Europe, and 2 to 3 weeks for any other international address.
Due to the varying lengths of time packages take to travel around the world and through customs offices, packages sent to international addresses are not considered lost until 45 days have passed from ship date.

Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me. In an effort to make sure that you are happy with your order, I do offer exchanges or refunds with return of the item within 14 days of your receipt of your order.
If for some reason you need to cancel an order before it has been sent to you, I will make sure that you get a full refund.
Due to the highly detailed and specifically tailored nature of custom orders, I cannot offer refunds on custom orders that have been shipped. If you have purchased a custom item and are unhappy with the proofs, or change your mind during the process, I can provide a 60% refund if the item has not been shipped.
Once an item has been shipped I do not provide refund of the shipping cost.

* * * CUSTOM ORDERS * * *
If you have placed a custom order and have been sent an Etsy Convo (message) with a link to your reserved listing, you have 10 days to purchase it or contact me before the listing is removed. I only remove a listing after 3 Etsy convos trying to reach you and still no communication.
My current turnaround time for single custom orders is 3 weeks.
I LOVE to hear your ideas and am more than happy to work with you on *almost* anything. However, I can't paint licensed characters, so Totoro, Disney characters, and other animated characters you can think of are out--sorry.
