Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to resolve any issues.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Please convo me if you need to make special arrangements. Please understand that after 24 hours, if payment or arrangements have not been made, I will have to cancel your order, and the pieces you ordered will be re-posted.

Payments can be made through direct check out or PayPal. (It's free to use PayPal, and you don't need to set up an account with them, if you don't want to.) All major credit/debit cards can be processed through PayPal, as well as e-Checks.

NOTE: If you are using the e-Check option, it can take up to 7 days to clear. Your order will be shipped as soon as I receive confirmation of payment.

REMEMBER: Your purchase is not complete until you follow these steps:
1. Go to "Your Etsy".
2. Click "Purchases".
3. Next to the item, click "receipt".
4. Click "Pay with PayPal" and complete the transaction
Shipping
After receiving confirmation of payment, orders will be shipped within 2 business days by USPS First Class Mail, insured.

If would prefer any other type of shipping than First Class Insured, please convo me for a quote before you place the order.

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to the address you provided on Etsy. If your shipping address is different than your Etsy address, please contact me (link at the right) with your shipping address, or leave me a message in "note to seller" on your payment page.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: I welcome and encourage custom orders! Please contact me with your special requests. I do my best to complete custom orders one week after your request. It could be more than a week if I need to order supplies, but I will let you know ahead of time if that is the case.

CONSIGNMENT (Local Only): I am open to providing pieces on consignment to any local (within 30 miles of Austin) venue. Please contact me with your proposal.

FEEDBACK: Don't forget to leave me feedback after you receive your order. Your satisfaction is very important to me! Please contact me with any concerns PRIOR to leaving feedback and I will do my best to make things right. I am striving for 100% positive feedback!
