All of our items are hand and custom made! When ordering, please follow the following guidelines:

1. ALWAYS order at least 4-6 weeks before the date you need the item(s) (not the date of your wedding or event). We need time to make your order and clarify details with you and we are also located in Bulgaria, Europe.

2. We can offer express shipping on any item! We use EMS service which takes 3-6 working days to deliver anywhere in the world. Bear in mind that depending on your location and items weight shipping charges might be significant for express shipping, so ask us for a quote.

3. Any of the items in our shop can be customized to match your wedding theme. Just get in touch with us!

4. We rely on communicating with you when discussing your order. Check your email and Etsy account for messages from us, as it speeds up the whole communication process. We usually reply within 24 hours (most of the time faster) to your questions.

5. We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards
Debit/bank cards
Etsy gift cards
iDEAL payments from buyers in the Netherlands
Sofort payments from buyers in Austria and Germany

I'm so happy with the purchase. Mancho was very helpful from the very beginning, walked me step by step through the whole process from ordering the sample to ordering the invitations and envelopes. The invitations also arrived earlier than expected and they are PERFECT! I'm so happy!

The journey started years ago, but we still love it

Saraya Wedding was born more than 30 years ago in sunny Varna, Bulgaria. Well, the name was not Saraya initially and it changed a few times during the years, but what didn’t change is the love for creating elegant and beautiful wedding clothing and accessories.

We are proud that for so many years we remained dedicated to the fans and lovers of handcrafted art. We remained small, family owned business and never grew above 5 people. We believe that our customers deserve only the best service and products, not created in mass sweatshops, but by people of art who adore what they do.

The driving, creative force in Saraya is Hrisi. A mother of two beautiful children, who on their turn are also parents of three little treasures.

Mancho is the mastermind behind the Etsy shops, marketing and customer service. This is the guy who will answer all of your questions, pamper you and hold your hand during the order process.

Our Etsy adventure started in 2012 and it has been a blast. Hope you find what you are looking for and love our products. But… if you don’t find your favorite, don’t hesitate to challenge us with custom orders. We love it!

Shipping
♥ HANDLING AND TURNOVER TIMES ♥
We are taking great care of packing your items. All items will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival. Regrettably, we have no control over how the post employees handle your items. Sometimes the packages are held in customs, opened, damaged and delivered to you. Please, in case you receive your goods damaged, file a complaint with your post office.

Your purchase will be sent within 1-3 weeks. If we have the item ready for shipping it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please always order at least 4-6 weeks before the date you need the item(s) (not the date of your wedding or event).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your items are shipped! Please, pay attention to the tracking information and the probable delivery date.

Feel free to send us any questions you may have, before making a purchase or submit a custom order.

♥ DELIVERY TIMES STANDARD SHIPPING ♥

If not stated otherwise, orders are sent via Registered International Priority Mail.
We ship worldwide through International Priority Air Mail (with tracking number).

♦ Shipping to countries in the European Union takes 3-7 days.

♦ Shipping to the US takes 7-20 days.

♦ Shipping to European countries outside the European Union takes 3-20 days depending on location.

Please mind the delivery times when ordering!

♥ EXPRESS MAIL ♥

We offer express mail upgrades for all of the items. For some of them you will find the price at checkout, for others, you will need to ask us. Don't feel ashamed for asking, we love answering your questions and helping you.

♦ We use EMS service for Express Mail orders.

♦ Delivery time to any point in the world is 2-6 business days

♦ If your wedding is fast approaching, we recommend you upgrade to express shipping

♦ Even with the express mail, some custom orders (like invitations) take 3 weeks to be made. So, with express mail you will receive your order in 3.5-4 weeks. Keep that in mind!

♥ NOTES ♥

Regrettably, shipping time is not in our control and depends on the postal services! If your order has been shipped, but not delivered on time, we cannot do much about it. You need to take care of any customs charges and taxes. Be aware that customs may cause delays, so delivery times are not guaranteed.

For EU countries there are no Customs duties and holdups.

If you are ordering outside the European Union, please note that there might be customs charges and taxes. The items will not be marked as "gifts" in the customs forms, so do not send emails requesting this.

We encourage you to give more time for delivery, all the more when there are holidays ahead.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ ORDER CANCELLATION ♥

♦ Custom orders are non-refundable if the order has already been made and ready for shipping! We will refund however the price of shipping you paid in case you decide to cancel your order.

♦ Order cancellation request sent 24 hours or immediately after purchase will receive full refund.

♦ Order cancellation request sent before the item ships (packaged order, ready to ship) will receive partial refund minus items packaging cost. This applies to non-customized orders only!

♥ SHIPPING MISHAPS ♥

♦ Regrettably, we have no control over how the post employees handle your items. Sometimes the packages are held in customs, opened, damaged and delivered to you. Please, in case you receive your goods damaged, file a complaint with your post office.

♦ If an international mail has been returned to us due to - you provided wrong, incomplete address, you didn't make an attempt to pick up the package after failed delivery attempts; you ignored customs duty payment notice. We can re-send your items, if postage for the second shipment is paid. Postage and packaging fees for the returned package will not be refunded.

Additional policies and FAQs
All custom orders take between 4-6 weeks to be completed and delivered. 2-3 weeks for making and about the same amount of time for delivery.

Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. Rush orders are not possible for all items (invitations for example) - please check the item description for details. Combining a rush order with Express Mail is the best you can do if you have a month left till you need the items.
