Returns and exchange details
If you do happen receive an item with a minor problem, Sargasso Shop asks that you please contact us with a photo and description of the problem. Generally, a replacement will be shipped to you, but we may ask that you return the damaged product at your shipping expense.
If you find the item to be completely unsatisfactory and would like to return it, Sargasso Shop will refund you ONLY the cost of the item, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please let us know when you are making a return- refunds will be made once we see the item has been returned safely and undamaged.
International customers are responsible for any extra taxes, their own customs & VAT fees. Unfortunately, we CANNOT alter international shipping profiles from merchandise to gift.
If you would like to use a different mailing service, contact us PRIOR to making your purchase so shipping costs can be updated for your order.
Items are made to order unless otherwise stated, and ship within one to two weeks of receipt of payment (excluding large quantity and custom orders).
When using PayPal, please make sure the address on your PayPal account is congruent with your Etsy account. We will default to the PayPal address, and can't be responsible if the information provided is not correct.
