After a trip in Japan, Sarah fell in love with japanese papers.

The present agreement is being entered between Sarigami, hereinafter referred to as the Company, and any person wishing to purchase goods via Sarigami etsy shop, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

All sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions contained herein, whether the Customer is an individual or a professional.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer agrees to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions of Sales Agreement each time the Customer views and uses the Company web site.

The quantity, quality and description of and any specification for the goods shall be those displayed on the Company web site.

The photographs used on the Company web site are as accurate as possible, but the Company cannot guarantee absolute resemblance between the photographs and the corresponding products.

Payment
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on the Company’s web site current at the date of acceptance of the order.

The prices that appear in the catalog are tax inclusive, in Euros, taking into account the value-added tax applicable on the day of the order.

The Company reserves the right to increase the price of the goods at any time to reflect any increase in the cost to the Company that is due to any factor beyond the control of the Company, including but not limited to an increase in VAT.

In order to pay for the order, customers shall choose any of the payment methods mentioned on the order form.

For payments by check or transfer payments, orders shall be sent upon receipt of payment. Credit card payments shall be processed through the secure Paypal system, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. All information sent through this protocol is encrypted such that the information cannot be accessed by a third party.

The Customer guarantees the Company that the Customer is authorized to use the payment method that the Customer has selected. Sarigimi reserves the right to terminate any order and any delivery in the event of credit card payment authorization failure by officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment.

The Company reserves the right to decline a delivery or an order from a Customer who has not paid for a previous order in whole or in part or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.

Upon request by the Customer, a paper invoice shall be sent with detailed VAT information.
Shipping
All deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and can only be located within the aforementioned geographical area.

Packages shall be sent by Lettre Prioritaire or Lettre suivie (with tracking number). Upon shipment, tracking numbers shall be sent to the Customer by e-mail.

These services offer delivery within 48 hours or less in all of France and allow the Customer to claim the ordered goods at the nearest post office with respect to the delivery address in the event that the customer is not home at the time of delivery.

Delivery times are given as in indication. If delivery time exceeds 30 days as from the order date, and if the payment was processed within ten days of the order date, the transaction shall be cancelled and the Customer shall be reimbursed.

Shipping fees, which are 3 Euros for small orders and 6 Euros for packages, are free for orders greater than 150 Euros shipped to France and Monaco.

The buyer is requested to inspect packages for damage upon delivery and notify any damage caused by the postal service to the French Postal Service and to Sarigami, within one week of receipt, by mail to

In the event that the postal service should loose any items, and on the condition that the French Postal Service has declared the package lost, the items will be resent on the condition that they are in stock. If the items are not in stock, the Customer shall be reimbursed for the entire amount of the order, including shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customers are entitled to a fourteen-day cancellation period after the shipment date to return or exchange goods free of charge, except for custom-made products. On request (sent to contact [!at] sarigami.fr, a withdrawal form is sent by email.

The cost of returning the goods shall be at the expense of the customer and the initial shipping fees shall be reimbursed based on the number of returned and the price of a basic tracked Colissimo.

Products shall be returned in their original package and shall not have been used or been deteriorated, even slightly, and must be perfectly clean.

Product Availability

Orders shall be processed no later than seven days after the date of the order, unless if specifically stated on the web site.

In the event of product unavailability, the Customer shall be informed as soon as possible and shall be able to cancel the order. The Customer shall subsequently be able to either ask for the product to be exchanged, or request reimbursement within 30 days.

Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized use of this material is prohibited. No part of this web site may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means.
