She responded to each of my questions or comments in a timely and gracious manner. In addition, she sent me multiple proofs of my request to ensure she accurately portrayed my request. The graphic does fit the standard dimensions of a placemat. Lastly, the image was easy to upload and there were no issues with the resolution or quality of the image. This was a great experience and I would recommend this seller to others.

Do you ship printed items?
We only provide digital files (no physical products).
Custom and personalized orders
This varies, please contact me to make sure I can accommodate your request. I will make 1 size change at no extra charge. Additional fees may apply for more sizes or color changes.

Do you provide proofs prior to purchase?
No, purchases must be done prior to receiving any change in size.
How do I print glitter, gold or silver invitations?
You do not need special paper or ink to print. The faux glitter or gold is an image, and should print how you see it exampled if using a good ink jet printer or photo lab. When purchasing my print package you will receive the image pictured. It will not have real glitter, gold or silver.
Custom and personalized orders
Personalized orders like invitations: They are sent to your e-mail associated with your Etsy account. Please make sure your e-mail is up-to-date. The items are sent ready to print.
PLEASE make sure to proof your invitation carefully prior to printing. Typos happen occasionally on both ends.
