It's preferred that you pay at the time of purchase, unless you have made prior arrangements with me via convo.
NEW Non-payment policy: I will convo and/or email a non-paying customer a day after I am notified that an item is sold, but if I don't get a response back within an additional two days, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. *Please, please, please* do not go through the purchase process unless you are going to really going to buy an item. Thank you!
**As of Jan. 2, 2011, U.S.P.S. shipping rates for domestic parcel and priority mail, and all international mail have increased. Domestic rates are no longer the same regardless of destination. My domestic shipping charges reflect the zone farthest from me (in Montana). If the difference in actual cost is over $1, even for a single item, I will refund the overage back to your paypal account. Thank you for understanding!**
I do combine shipping if you purchase 2 or more items in a single transaction. I refund the excess charges back to you after I ship out the items.
I have shipped successfully to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Britain, Russia, Singapore, the Netherlands, Japan, Ireland, France, Finland, and Belgium. I'd be happy to again, but etsy's page setup makes it difficult to do a postage estimate for each item, for each country. So, if you're interested in something, please convo me and I will gladly get you a postage estimate!
**International customers, please note: Please check your country's postal restrictions regarding the receiving of second-hand clothing items or house linens. Some countries prohibit the receiving of used clothing or linens, or ready-made clothing of any kind. Other countries require clothing items or linens to have a certificate of disinfection. Unfortunately, due to the increased costs and liabilities related to these requirements, I regret that will not ship to these countries.
Items will be marked as merchandise on customs forms. Please do not ask me to mark as a gift on the customs form. I will happily email you an invoice if you are sending the item to someone else as a gift, but since it was purchased from me, I must mark it as merchandise. It's the law. :) **
Don't worry if the outside of the package you receive looks a little less than pristine -- I re-use envelopes, boxes and packing materials whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
It's my policy not to accept returns. My items are vintage and/or secondhand, and I do my utmost to describe each item in detail. If you have questions about items, or want additional information, please feel free to convo me!

I will be happy to reserve an item for you, but I will only do so for 4 days, or longer by prior arrangement. After that, I will unreserve it and it will again be available for anyone to purchase.
