My policies are nothing fancy. I like to keep things simple, but if you have any questions, please ask!

I accept PayPal and money orders. Paypal is highly preferred, especially if you are outside the US.
I ship via USPS. Pins are wrapped in bubble wrap for protection (and for further entertainment when it arrives!), fans are shipped in boxes which are then sealed inside bubble wrap envelopes. The boxes may show some wear when they arrive, but I've had no incidences with the fans themselves. Prints are shipped in either mailing tubes or photo mailers depending on the size. Unfortunately I can't offer tracking numbers, but typically your piece will arrive 3-4 business days after shipment in the US.
I ship pins and fans within 1-2 days of purchase. Prints may take a few extra days to get if I have a busy schedule (I'm running this store while in college, so that does happen). Custom works take extra time because they are painted to order and that takes even more time, sometimes a few weeks. If you need something by a certain date, please let me know and I will be sure to fulfill that need.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me before leaving feedback and we can work it out. I will most likely be willing to offer an exchange or refund. Additionally, if your product arrives damaged (not a problem so far, but the mailing system isn't perfect), let me know and I can refund you or send you a new one. However I will not refund the cost of shipping.

*Custom Orders*
I do take custom orders. I do have some custom order listings in my shop, but I'd be happy to discuss your order first. Please describe to me what you want with as much detail as you like--less detail means more creative freedom on my end, more detail will get you something closer to what you might see in your head.

I'm pretty new to this business thing, so I preemptively apologize for any mistakes. But if nothing else, I am extremely patient, so again, don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

I'm currently working out of my college dorm, so my resources are somewhat limited, but I always try to do the best with what I have. And I guarantee that you won't receive anything with a weird smell.
