1 out of 5 starsPurchase arrived late and damaged - not wrapped in bubble wrap. Requested the maker to issue a return tag, she told me that I needed to pay for the return. I paid for a undamaged cribbage board which included shipping. Not my fault it arrived damaged.

I’m sorry this buyer was disappointed. This was a custom color request, and photos were provided during the process before the item was completed and shipped. The buyer approved the item before shipment. When the buyer reported that a piece had come loose, I offered to send a replacement piece as a courtesy resolution. That offer remained available.
