Announcement    Welcome:) I've been a ceramic artist by chance for more than 18 years. Ceramics and pottery, by nature, are designed to be heirloom quality and often, the only artistic evidence left behind from a vanished civilization is its pottery... These pieces are truly unique treasures that will be loved for a lifetime:)

***All of my pieces are individually hand painted and hand lettered by me, kiln fired and glazed. I sketch and paint directly on each item, no decals, no heat transfers, no machine stamped anything. Please note the sizes of my items, turn around times, and shipping details before making a final purchase. I hand craft each treasure with care and attention to detail and no two pieces are ever the same.

***Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have:)

Little Ceramic Treasures

I was an apprentice in an established ceramic studio out of college. I learned many skills from 2 of the best teachers. They have since retired and I've grown exponentially with my own business. I get to work at home and raise my two boys while doing what I love:)

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me with any concerns or questions.

Most of my items are custom made, therefore, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. I do however, make mistakes (embarrassingly) Please let me know within 3 days, and I'll quickly repaint the item.

**Please double check spelling and dates, and be clear about what is to be included on the item, and what may need to be left off. I want my customers to get exactly what their expecting, and I usually guess wrong. Fired ceramic pieces are very difficult to repair and will need to be repainted. Also, make sure I have a current email address for any questions that may arise**
Payment
I accept all major credit cards through ETSY's direct checkout and Paypal. Payment is required before I begin a custom order and before an item is shipped.
Shipping
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
I complete custom orders within about 1-3 weeks plus shipping depending on time of year and workload. I can be contacted for a more precise shipping time if necessary. Many of my crosses and ornaments are mailed first class, which is less expensive, uninsured and may take a little longer to arrive. An upgrade to priority mail is available at checkout, which is more expensive, but insured in the rare case an item is damaged or lost, and arrives quicker than first class shipping.

It's taking the Post Office 2-7 days to deliver my packages at this time. Expect shipping delays during the busy season.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I accept some international orders. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges and any additional duties or fees that are due at customs (if any). Also, as with domestic shipping, I cannot guarantee a timely delivery. After the package has been handed off to the US Postal Service and left the United States, it's also out of my control.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact me through ETSY conversation only.

Color is relative and infinite. Color perception is different from person to person and they are very difficult to match exactly. All of my colors are represented throughout my site so you have an idea of what to expect. Keep in mind, computer monitors, tablets, and phone screens may depict slight variations in tone, shade and hue.

All of my pieces are individually hand painted and hand lettered by me. I do not use fonts nor computer generated designs, so there may be slight variations in format to accommodate a longer/shorter name, an addition/deletion of a date or verse, etc. I reserve the right to artistically organize the layout of the pieces to the specifications and format as I see aesthetically pleasing, thus, making each piece uniquely yours. Moreover, ceramic is a natural, earthy material that may include normal, minor flaws.

Please note the sizes of my items and current production times which are available in each listing. I can usually accommodate specific need-by dates if I know a date, and if time allows. **My turn around time is only an estimate** I cannot guarantee the ship date, nor a timely arrival of any package. Most of my items are perfect after 2 firings, sometimes a third firing is necessary, which can delay shipping. Also, more importantly, after a package has been handed over to the post office, it is beyond my control. I've mailed over 11,000 packages and they've all made it eventually to their destination.
