Announcement   Welcome:) I've been a ceramic artist by chance for more than 18 years. Ceramics and pottery, by nature, are designed to be heirloom quality and often, the only artistic evidence left behind from a vanished civilization is its pottery... These pieces are truly unique treasures that will be loved for a lifetime:)

***All of my pieces are individually hand painted and hand lettered by me, kiln fired and glazed. I sketch and paint directly on each item, no decals, no heat transfers, no machine stamped anything. Please note the sizes of my items, turn around times, and shipping details before making a final purchase. I hand craft each treasure with care and attention to detail and no two pieces are ever the same.

***Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have:)

About

Little Ceramic Treasures

I was an apprentice in an established ceramic studio out of college. I learned many skills from 2 of the best teachers. They have since retired and I've grown exponentially with my own business. I get to work at home and raise my two boys while doing what I love:)

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me with any concerns or questions.

Most of my items are custom made and there are no refunds for custom orders unless I make a mistake (I do occasionally.... embarrassingly) Please let me know within 3 days, so I can repaint it and have it mailed as soon as possible.

Please double check spelling, dates, mailing addresses, and other details. Please be clear about what is to be added to the item, and what may need to be left off. Fired ceramic pieces are very difficult to repair and will most likely need to be repainted. I reserve the right to artistically organize the layout of the pieces to the specifications and format as I see fit.

Color perception is different from person to person. All of my colors are represented throughout my site. Keep in mind, computer monitors, tablets, and phone screens depict slight variations in coloring.

Moreover, please note the sizes of my items, shipping details along with other information in my policies before you make your final purchase. All of my pieces are individually hand painted by me and as with all ceramics, there may be slight color variations or minor flaws..... no two pieces are exactly the same, which makes them uniquely yours.

Lastly, I can not guarantee your package will arrive to you on time. Once the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. There have been very few delays, however, the post office has not lost any of my packages.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards through ETSY's direct checkout and Paypal. Payment is required before I begin a custom order and before an item is shipped.
Shipping
CUSTOM SHIPPING:
I complete custom orders within about 1-3 weeks plus shipping depending on time of year and workload. I can be contacted for an exact shipping time. Most of my packages are mailed first class and can be upgraded to priority mail at checkout. It's a good idea to select priority mail if you need your package sooner or during the busy holiday season.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact me through ETSY conversation only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The buyer is responsible for any additional duties or fees that may be charged at customs (if any). Also, the seller is not responsible for package delays of any kind in route.

GUARANTEE:
My turn around time is only an estimate. I cannot guarantee the ship date, nor a timely arrival of any package. I never know what's going to happen in a firing. Most of my items are perfect after 2 firings, sometimes a third firing is necessary, which can delay shipping.

Lastly, It takes the post office 2-7 days to delivery my packages on most occations. Possibly longer during the holiday seasons, also not guaranteed.
