Welcome! Or maybe I should say, welcome back. Sassafrastic has been floating around the internet for a while, but it remained asleep for many years. It wasn't until just recently when I decided to start selling my artwork online while also selling pieces in local stores in the San Francisco Bay Area and wine country. I'm still adding many more items, including many beaded-embroidery jewelry pieces.

I'm happy to work out custom orders if you would like a different version of an item listed. Please contact me via Etsy message.
Returns and exchange details
If there are any problems with your order, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can try to solve any issues.
BEFORE returns will be accepted, customers must contact me within SEVEN DAYS of receipt regarding any issues with your purchase. Only after getting an OK from me, items must be in perfect condition and returned in the gift box I provided, sent in a bubble mailer, and include a TRACKING NUMBER. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns that are lost in the mail will NOT be refunded.

Most of my jewelry comes in different lengths, and the options are available in the drop-down menu or detailed in each item's description.
- Necklace & Bracelet lengths:
The length of the necklace/bracelet is the total length, measured from end to end laying flat.
If you are looking for a specific length and it isn't listed, please contact me. Other than some embroidered beading pieces that may be specific lengths, I will be more than happy to create the size that's just perfect for you.
Wrong address and non-deliverable packages:
Please, please check your shipping address before you place your order!
♫ I ship to the address provided to me by Etsy at the time of purchase. If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned to me. I can re-ship it to you again upon receiving the item back in the mail.
♫ To reship your item, you will need to purchase Standard, Priority, or Priority Express shipping rates to post the order again.
♫ Missing packages marked as "delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. Please check with your local post office, family members, neighbors, and mailman or mailwoman. In many instances, they can locate it for you.
