Welcome to Sassy Peas Designs! All of our items are carefully created. We will be happy to create a custom item with any design you choose, just let us know. This is our "fun job" and we want to make you happy with our creations!

* You can make purchases without having a PayPal account (you do, however, need an Etsy account).

CANCELLATION:
* If payment is not completed and I haven't heard from you within 24 hours of purchase, I will consider it a cancelled transaction. If you need more time, just contact me and let me know.

SHIPPING IS BY USPS

All Orders Are Shipped to the shipping address you have put on your Pay Pal or Etsy account. The Ship To address will appear on your Etsy purchase invoice. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is current and updated as needed before ordering. If you see you have not updated your shipping address and a previous address appears on your invoice - CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. If your order has not shipped - we will ship to the new address you provide to us. You will then need to update your Pay Pal account information for all future purchases.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided on your order and you do not advise us of a corrected address in advance of shipping, we have no way to retrieve your order once shipped. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address on your order, shipping charges will apply to re-send it to you at a different address. If tracking shows package as Delivered to the incorrect address on your order - We Do Not Free Replace or Refund orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

{ ITEM NOT RECEIVED }
If your order tracking shows as delivered and you did not receive it:
1. Check with each member of the household to see if they brought it in for you.
2. Check with neighbors to see if it was left by the carrier at their home in error.
3. Contact your Post Office immediately if you do not locate the delivery.
The Post Office will be able to research delivery from their end with the tracking number I provide you and you can request to speak with your personal carrier as to where the package was delivered or where it was placed.

If the above steps do not locate your package:
4. Please contact us and advise us what you were informed by your delivery person. Include the phone number for your local Post Office. We will also contact your Post Office to report it and request to speak to your delivery person for further detail.
5. If your package is not located after steps 1-4, we will send you the link to fill out USPS Stolen Mail forms. You will be required to sign an affidavit that you did not receive your order.
6. If your order was in the dollar amount we insure you will be required to sign an affidavit for our insurer that you did not receive your order. If insured, we will refund in full including shipping once we receive the required signed affidavit.

{ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT}
Although most orders are shipped First Class with an "Estimated Delivery" of 3-5 Business Days, this is not a Guaranteed service by the Post Office. Issues can occur such as mis-routing, weather conditions in states your package may route through, U.S. holidays, etc. Major holidays will incur much longer shipping times. If you have received your shipping notification allow up to 8 shipping days and then notify us. We will submit a Missing Mail in Transit form with USPS. This will often shake lose a package that has become stuck at one of the routing stops. We will need to allow additional time to see if this locates your package, checking the tracking daily to see if your package has started to move toward it's destination before determining it is possibly Lost in Transit.

You will receive a Shipping Notice through Etsy convo (message) on day of shipment. Should you not receive your order. Notification must be within 30 days of the Shipping Notice "SENT" date. Exceptions are international orders in which case you have 45 days from Shipping Notice "SENT" date to notify us. We will do everything we can to track your delivery.

If your package is Lost in mail sufficient time must be allowed for Post Office investigation to check the status of your package and attempt to locate it. We will fill out USPS Missing Package forms and allow 5-10 days to see if your package has been located and moving in transit once again. If your package is not located after investigation period and we have insured your package, refunds will occur after insurance affidavits are signed (if required) and filled out by purchaser and have been submitted to the insurer.

{DAMAGE}
Contact us Immediately on receipt of package.
*Important: Retain the product and all packaging including the box.
Please include photos of all the damaged product and the damaged package. If we inform you your order was insured by us, your assistance will be required to sign an insurance affidavit. Please retain the product and packaging until we notify you to dispose of it. After we have received the photos and affidavit we will quickly process a full refund or free replacement to your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUND - GENERAL ITEMS
All returned items must be in the same condition it was in when it left our shop.
* Any personalized item cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the personalization. If this is the case, please contact me ASAP.
* For other returns, the expense of all shipping cost will fall upon you. The packaging must be the same as or corresponding to the one that the item was shipped within to you.
* Once the returned item has reached us, we will make a refund to your Paypal or credit account. We will not refund the shipping costs of the original shipping or return shipping.
* We do our best to describe and portray items as well as possible, so if you have any doubts before making a purchase, please contact us for further information or more photos.

REFUND - CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We're sorry, there are no refunds on personalized or custom items unless the mistake is made by the artist. Please make sure we have the accurate spelling for personalizing. We will pay for regular ground shipping through the USPS on items that are our mistake but we must approve all returns prior to any refund.

REFUND - DAMAGED ITEM:
* We would like to see a photograph of a damaged item as proof.
* If the item is damaged, we will send a similar one as replacement.
* If you do not wish to receive a replacement item, the alternative is a refund to your PayPal or credit account.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
* We'll do our best to describe an item as accurately as possible and will provide you with more photographs, if you feel that the ones we have taken don't show some feature you are interested in.
* Please remember that colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual item and that all items are hand-made and may slightly differ from the one pictured, especially if you have placed a custom order.
