I ordered all 3 mixes. I made Melissa's brownie & pancake recipes using the sweet mix. BOTH were huge hits with my mom (she's trying to eat low carb too). I overcooked the brownies a tad (I would recommend using the gooey instruction baking time) but we STILL loved them (despite MY blunder). The cheddar biscuits turned out PERFECT. I served them with some cod & other items we might order if we went to a restaurant. I like to make nice meals when I visit mom. SHE WAS SHOCKED THEY WERE LOW CARB. The plain biscuits are divine too. I made them in my air fryer at home because my oven is on the fritz, I flipped them halfway through & they turned out perfect. The texture it is the closest to real bread/baked goods I have eaten in my 28 yrs of low carb/keto eating. These mixes will be a staple in my pantry. THANK YOU MELISSA!
