Welcome to Saturn Valley Art, a place for Nintendo NES-inspired crafts and artwork. Custom-orders available! Please contact me with any requests of specific Nintendo characters, objects, etc.

Payment
Paypal only please. Payment is due within three days of purchase. If you make a purchase and change your mind, please let me know so I can relist the item and refund your money if you've already paid.
Shipping
I ship within two business days of cleared payment. I use Priority Mail to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely. I do NOT ship internationally. Your shipment probably won't cost as much as you're paying, and I'll refund you any difference. I have to project the shipping cost based on a shipment to the furthest postal zone. If you want insurance please message me and let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or you have any other problems with your order, I can either refund your money or you can return the item for a refund if it's still intact and able to be restored. If you're just not happy with the item, you can return it and I will refund your money, but you'll be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back.

I'd encourage you to add insurance to any orders over $50 (just message me and I'll be glad to add it to your order).

Please note that responsibility for any packages lost solely because of USPS negligence will be the buyer's (although I will certainly help you to try to track your package down). I can only refund your shipping cost if this happens.
