Hace años abrimos un estudio de pintura de su propia cerámica en nuestra pequeña ciudad de Bend, Oregon. Fue muy divertido, y siempre nos sorprendieron las hermosas obras de arte que la gente creó. Con el tiempo, notamos que varias personas entraron y pintaron platos realmente grandes que tenían sus nombres y las próximas fechas de boda. Nos preguntamos si esto era algo que la gente menos artística querría para sus bodas, así que creamos algunos diseños, lanzamos un sitio web (Say Anything Ceramics) y esperamos a ver qué pasaría.
¡El negocio fue increíble! Tanto es así, que cerramos el estudio de alfarería y nos mudamos a un espacio industrial para dedicar todo nuestro tiempo al negocio online. Con el tiempo, la popularidad de la cerámica comenzó a disminuir, por lo que cambiamos nuestro nombre a Say Anything Design y comenzamos a ofrecer nuevos artículos personalizados para bodas y duchas para complementar nuestra línea de platos existente.
Ha sido un viaje increíble, Stacy hace todos nuestros libros de visitas impresos de bodas y baby shower con la ayuda de una impresora de gran formato y yo manejo todos nuestros otros artículos. ¡Estamos especialmente entusiasmados con nuestro equipo más nuevo, un grabador láser, que realmente deja que nuestra creatividad se vuelva loca!

Years ago we opened a paint your own pottery studio in our little town of Bend, Oregon. It was a lot of fun, and we were always amazed at the beautiful works of art people created. Over time, we noticed that several people came in and painted really large platters that had their names and upcoming wedding dates on them. We wondered if this was something that less artistic people would want for their weddings so we created some designs, launched a website (Say Anything Ceramics) and waited to see what would happen.
Business was amazing! So much so, that we closed the pottery studio and moved into an industrial space to devote all our time to the online business. Over time, the popularity of ceramics began to wane, so we changed our name to Say Anything Design and began offering new personalized items for weddings and showers to compliment our existing platter line.
It's been an amazing journey, Stacy does all our printed wedding and baby shower guest books with the help of a wide format printer and I handle all our other items. We're especially excited about our newest piece of equipment, a laser engraver, that really lets our creativity go wild!
We're a great team, love running our small business together and creating beautiful personalized items that we know will be cherished for years after the big day has come and gone.
