Returns and exchanges
Please contact me ASAP if you need to cancel an order. Orders can only be cancelled as long as your order hasn't been made. Once shipped, If your item is damaged with no fault to you then you will need to contact the seller within 24 hours of the receipt of your item to identify the problems. Items with no fault damages will be replaced within 7 business day.
Payment
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and direct checkout through Etsy. A picture of your finished product will be placed online as a custom listing where you can proceed with the purchase. Payment is due within 24 hours of your listing being placed. Everything is hand-made to order and requires purchasing of your items. Therefore, you have 48 hours prior to your custom listing to cancel your order. Once payment has cleared, the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days) with Saturday delivery. You will receive tracking information once your item is shipped. Any item can be upgraded to overnight at the request and expense of the customer.

If your order required customized items that required an additional cost, your order can not be cancelled.
