Most of my pieces can be custom sized and sometimes even small design changes/alterations are possible. Just ask :) Although I cannot take custom requests (aside from size adjustments) during the holiday season.

About

Long time ago, while studying Computer Sciences at University of Buenos Aires, I felt the need for adventure and fresh air ...so I applied for a spot at the city's iconic year-round open-air artisan market that was about to open. To my surprise, I got the spot... my journey as a maker had begun. Every single weekend for more than 8 years I was outside, making and selling, talking to visitors, making new friends, having fun! I was doing what I loved and making a living out of it!
That brought many wholesale opportunities. My paintings on mirrors and my jewelry were offered in several shops and around Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
I eventually got my degree in Computers and started to work as a computer programmer, in addition to selling my art, which turned out a perfect outlet after all the hours sitting at the computer.

In 2010, just 5 years after moving to Canada with my husband, two boys and our dog Minnie, I discovered Etsy. That was the first day of a new and very exciting artistic journey.
Since then, I've been also facilitating jewelry techniques and polymer clay workshops, and participated in many successful fashion and craft shows here in Canada.
This has been my full-time gig for 3 years now. My shop is growing, and I want to be there for her :)

CANADIAN shop.

** CANADA POST SHIPPING RATES increase effective January 16th. Standard package rate will go up 20% for US customers. Domestic rates will go up approx 5% this year. Please understand this increase has been determined by Canada Post, not by Says the Stone.

Standard air shipping quoted on my listings are for regular Canada Post parcels. I have chosen the most cost effective shipping method that gets your order to you in a reasonable amount of time.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (rest of the year):

*STANDARD shipping:
-Standard In-Canada orders, it can take around 2-9 business days.
-US orders, it can take around 7-12 business days, it takes around 10 bus.days in most cases, sometimes a little longer if the package gets held in Customs for inspection.
-International everywhere else orders, it can take around 2-6 weeks approx.
***PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times on standard shipping are as suggested by Canada Post and based on my own records. Weather conditions along route, Customs inspections, shipping to a rural, a remote location or a small town might affect delivery times.
***If you have a specific date in mind, I recommend contacting me before ordering to discuss shipping options.


*UPGRADED shipping:
In-Canada orders:
-Xpress Post Canada: 2 to 3 business days. Includes tracking and $100 insurance
-Priority Canada: 1 to 2 business days. Includes tracking and $100 insurance

US orders:
-Tracked Packet USA: 4 to 7 business days (NOT guaranteed but quite accurate), includes tracking and $100 insurance.
Tracked packets USA will arrive on average 2 or 3 days earlier than regular air parcels. Sometimes -depending on destination- there's no significant time saving, but in my experience, they do arrive earlier than those shipped standard.

International everywhere else:
-Tracket Packet Intl: 6 to 11 business days (NOT guaranteed but quite accurate), includes tracking and $100 insurance

CANADA POST STANDARD: The package will be left in your mailbox.
There will be no insurance or tracking number offered with this standard mail.

INSURANCE: Tracked packet USA and Intl., and XPress Post Canada include a $100 insurance. This service is strongly recommended for orders over $100.

ABOUT MY PACKAGES: My standard mail packages ship as flat as possible due to Canada Post restrictions on small parcels height. To save you shipping money, I ship my jewelry in a signature linen or velvet pouch, nicely wrapped and ready for gift giving. All items are shipped in a bubble mailer.
Package height will be under 20mm or 3/4". If you wish your jewelry to ship in a nice jewelry box, please let me know, I'll be happy to do it for you for a small charge.
Xpress Post and Tracked Packets will include a gift box at no extra charge, since there's no such height restriction on this service.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If this is a concern, please request a more secure shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
I really want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! So if there is any problem, I would do my best to resolve it. Please feel free to contact me with any kind of concern or questions!
Please contact me via Etsy conversation system. I do not check my emails often, so please don't use email as your contact method. By using the Etsy convos, you'll get a response from me in less than 24hs.

I will accept returns within 20 days of the shipping date. I will issue a refund (MINUS the shipping cost) or offer you a store credit for that amount - whatever you prefer. Please don't send a return without my acceptance.

Custom orders and personalized jewelry are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you request a cancellation because you changed your mind about your purchase or didn't know about my shipping/delivery time policies, I can process your cancellation only if your order hasn't been shipped yet and shows as paid. There's a $2 cancellation fee since Etsy charges for cancellations.
