Hi, we’re truly sorry the template didn’t meet your expectations. This is the first negative feedback we’ve received on our Figma templates, so we genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience. Regarding the font issue, Figma templates don’t automatically include the original fonts. The fonts need to be installed on your end for the design to display as shown, which can affect the appearance when first opened. We also reached out and offered our Canva email templates completely FREE so you could compare both versions and hopefully find one that better suited your workflow, but unfortunately we didn’t receive a response. If you’re still open to it, please let us know—we’d be happy to help. 😊

星 5 個のうち 5 個OMG THIS HAS SAVED ME SO MUCH TIME and HELPED ME GET CLIENTS! First of all chief's kiss to the creator. I've been searching for months for a shortcut to get nicely designed email templates that PRINTS MONEY $$ OKAY! The seller responds VERY FAST. I love that. You also don't need to be a pro at Figma with the creator's template. It's fairly easy to make changes such as text, size, colors, and inserting images. I'm an email revenue specialist. I don't have the time to learn the ins and outs of email design on Figma. So this has been a GAME CHANGER for me. I will be buying a bigger bundle soon. :-) If you're looking for nice designs that save time and help your clients or your business convert, I would recommend 100%. The price is so worth it.
