Welcome to Scandinavian Toys!

All our lanterns and prints are originally hand drawn and then printed on high quality paper. A lot of them are and cut to create a mor three dimensional look.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Happiness of our customers is the most important thing for us, so it's our duty to give you a full support.

→ Please be sure to read the entire description of the items before you buy. Although we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise, please try to ensure that you know the dimensions, color, material, etc. of the item you are purchasing. It will save your and our time and energy.

→ If you have some problems during the shipping (package does not come, it takes too long and you are in hurry, you items are damaged) - please contact us.
We do everything we can to solve all the problems that may arise during the shipping.

→ If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us before leaving a feedback. There is always a solution.
Scandinavian Toys accepts PAYMENT through PAY PAL and DIRECT CHECKOUT .
This shop also accepts ETSY GIFTCARDS.
→ Shipping address:
• Please make sure your Etsy address is correct during the checkout. We will send your package to this address and not the Paypal one.
• Contact us if you need different address to ship your order.

→ Terms & Delivery time:
• Almost every item in our shop is made to order, otherwise it marked in Title as 'Ready to Ship' . It takes up to 5 days for your items to be finished. Usually it takes less time, but we take the maximum terms.
• Orders are mailed within 3-5 days after items are ready for shipment.

Please note, transit time may vary depending on location so we can’t guarantee the arrival time. Estimated shipping times:
- USA: 1,5 - 2 weeks
- Canada: 2 weeks
- Australia: 2-3 weeks
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks

→ Shipping method:
• We send all packages via international airmail from Gotheburg, Sweden.
• All items are packaged carefully to arrive in perfect condition.
• To keep shipping costs low, shipping method provides NO TRACKING. If you want your parcel to be tracked, please contact us befor placing an order and we will investigate the possibilities and costs of shipping with tracking.

→ International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. If you need to know we always mark packages 'as gift' on custom declaration.
