Payment
I accept debit, credit card payments and money orders through PayPal.
Shipping
In-stock items will be shipped within 48 business hours after payment has cleared. Orders will be shipped within 5 business day, once payment is received and cleared. Custom orders may take longer and you will be notifed of the completion time.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class. I always ship to the ETSY address you have provided unless you specify a different location. Please note I am not responsible for items if USPS has delayed, lost or damaged.

International Shipping:
I ship via First Class International 6-15 business days, but that is not guaranteed. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs' charges. My international shipping cost is basic USPS shipping. This does not include any tracking or insurance. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have been shipped, unless you upgrade the shipping option. I would love to be able to track your packages but this can only be done if you choose to purchase the registered mail add on.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise. The item must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued after I have received the returned item. I want your purchase to be a happy one. If you happen to receive an item and it is not in the condition as stated on my shop or there is an error with your order, I am happy to correct your order/replace your item. If the error is on my end, I absorb the shipping costs. If you desire a change to your item, the shipping costs on both ends will be the responsibility of the customer.
