For custom orders, feel free to send me a message with your questions and ideas and I will give you an estimated price and preparation time. The amount of time to make and ship the order varies depending on the project. Simply hit the button “Request Custom Order” to place your wish. If you want to purchase a product I already have listed with a slight adjustment, just let me know before you order and write a note to seller once you buy!

If you need your order by a certain date, please message me and order ahead of time as best as you can. I recommend upgrading to priority shipping when you check out since I can’t control how long the postal service will take to deliver your item. For regular orders, I am still shipping out all of my plushies in the time frame that I list in the description, but I cannot control or judge how long it will take to arrive after I ship it.

If you do not receive your order or something is to occur, please notify me and I will help you through it. Once I ship the package and it is marked as “delivered” I am technically no longer responsible; however, I will still stay by your side and help find a solution!

Since all of my products are handmade, if washing is necessary, spot cleaning is recommended, in order to protect the stitches, fine details of the item, and not water-log the inside stuffing.
