I don't accept returns on custom or personalized items unless the item is flawed or damaged upon arrival. With any return or exchange, you’ll be responsible for covering shipping expenses unless the product has a defect or flaw at which point I will pay return shipping (at same cost that it was sent). ** Packages returned to me due to non-delivery, will be refunded minus shipping.**

I do not add invoices to your order. If it is a gift and you would like a note added, please let me know in the "message to buyer". I take great care in the packaging of your items to ensure a safe delivery for you and I often use a recycled box to cut down on waste. Small items are sent in mailers, while larger items will be in a box. All products are placed in clear plastic packaging OR tissue paper. Larger products are also secured with tissue paper. Breakable items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap.

All orders will be shipped to your address provided when the purchase is made. *If you have a different address that you wish to be shipped to, please add that address to your account and use that address when you are making your purchase. The buyer is responsible for having the correct shipping address.

I ship with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

On a case by case basis, I may hold an item for a maximum of 24 hours.

Shipping - I use the USPS for shipping. On larger items, such as seat cushions and personalized name pillows, I use Etsy's Calculated Shipping which calculates the exact shipping charge to your location based on the item and package weight. Recently the USPS has increased the shipping charges on its Parcel Select Standard shipping (which used to be an affordable option for larger items) to the same cost as Priority Mail but at a slower speed. They also keep increasing shipping costs. I am based in Connecticut, so shipping to the West Coast with larger items is much more expensive due to these unfortunate changes. I now only use First Class and Priority Mail for shipping.
