I lost my perfect black infinity scarf on a plane or cab (I tried to track down w both). I bought this - and it's even better! Very soft, nice details & the perfect length. Doubling it keeps your neck warm w/o strangulation. I'm going to buy a second because I always lose the good scarves & umbrellas!

Payment
I accept debit and credit card payments through PayPal, paypal account balances, as well as money orders via
mail.
*Please make payments within 3 business days of purchase. If the funds have not cleared through Paypal within
3 business days from the date of the order, unfortunately I will have to cancel the order unless prior arrangements
have been made between myself and you. If you need more time to make purchase, contact me. I'm
happy to help out.
*Upon receipt of money order payments, products that are Ready-to-Ship will be shipped within no later than
48 business hours.
Please note that Custom Orders require payment in full before work will begin. You will be notified of the
timeframe for completion.
Shipping
Rush Orders: Rush processing and shipping is available. Rush shipping is not covered under normal shipping
rates that are indicated on listing. Expedited shipping is extra and an additional invoice will be sent for payment.
Rush to international address can also be accommodated at an additional charge.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS First-Class with delivery confirmation to Domestic U.S. states, so that
they can be tracked as to the day of delivery.
Canadian and all International orders do not come with Tracking unless customer pays for additional shipping
upgrade ($20-40) for Priority or Express shipping that will include tracking. International customers are encouraged
to upgrade their shipping. If you do not and select Base First class shipping and your package is loss,
unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the loss of international packages.
Lost packages are rare; however, it can happen. We will do our best to work with postal service to find package
if it occurs. Once your order has been shipped unfortunately I have no control over postal delivery and cannot
be responsible for any loss or damage so if you would like to add insurance , please let me know in advance of
payment so we can adjust your invoice according
**Orders are shipped to the ETSY address you have provided unless you specify a different location at time of
payment. If packages are returned to me from the address that ETSY has for you, customer will be responsible
for reshipment to the correct address.
U.S. orders: Items ship USPS First Class. With each order we include a delivery confirmation number which
we will have on file. This will verify delivery for both buyer and seller. Please note we are unable to claim responsibility
for an item if USPS has verified delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs
International Buyers: Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers
are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
International Shipping, including CANADA:
We ship via First Class International, approx. 12-22 business days to country (depending on destination). Buyer is
responsible for any additional customs' charges. Our Standard international shipping cost does not include any
tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for any lost of damaged international orders once they have been
shipped, unless you upgrade the shipping option.
We would love to be able to track your packages but this can only be done if you choose to purchase the priority or
express ($20-$40) option add on.
