All of my items are hand made by me in my smoke free home. I work hard to make beautiful items that will last for years. I hope that you get as much joy out of your scattered stardust item as I did while I was creating it.
I accept paypal, direct check out and money orders.
I try to keep my prices low, but still "pay myself" as my items usually take hours of time to create. If you really love an item but cannot afford the list price please contact me. My main goal is for people to enjoy my work. I am flexible on some items.
Typically, I can only ship Saturday mornings. If you need a rush item please let me know and I can upgrade the shipping at cost.
I will provide delivery confirmation upon request for no extra charge. Insurance is available upon request at cost. Rush shipping is available at cost as well. Contact me before checkout if you would like any of these items.
I do my best to make sure your item is packaged well and arrives safely, but I cannot be responsible for the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you purchase a ready to ship item and are unhappy with it return the item and I will issue you a refund. Please contact me if you receive your item and you are displeased with it. I will work with you to correct the problem and ensure your satisfaction.
Any ready to ship item is available for exchange as long as I receive the item back in it's original condition.
My items will arrive in a well packed box if the item is fragile, or in a padded envelope if it is not a fragile item. If a fragile item arrived damaged I will replace it if possible. If the item was one of a kind then I will either issue you a refund or replace the item with a similar item of your choice.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom items are particularly time consuming as they often require shopping for materials as well as lots of communication with you the buyer. This ensures that your item is made to your specifications. For these reasons, custom items require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of your item. The deposit may be less than 50% if you purchase a pre-posted deposit listing. These deposit listings are also non-refundable. I will post a private listing with your name in the header. I will also contact you via Etsy to let you know your item is ready to ship.
During the creation of your custom item I will send pictures of progress and materials as necessary. It may take a few days to make sure that I have your feedback to ensure you get EXACTLY what you want. I want you to love your item and use it for years.
Rush orders are subject to additional rush order fees up to 50% of the item cost depending on how much of a rush there is for the item and how long it normally takes to produce. The quicker the item is needed and the more hours put into it, the higher the fee. Please contact me before checkout if you are interested in a rush order.
