Thank you for visiting our shop, Scentsible sCents. We strive to bring our clients unique, rare, and hard-to-find items. We offer hand-made and decorative frames with contemporary and vintage prints, hand-crafted IZR Jewelry Designs, and a host of vintage dishes, home decor, and women's and children's clothing.

Payment
We accept Pay Pal which is our primary source of payment where most major credit cards are accepted. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier checks; however, there is a 10-day clearing period for buyers outside of Illinois and a 3-day clearing process within Illinois which is beyond our control. Email us with questions or mailing information.
Shipping
We ship items within 1-3 days after payment is received. We ship worldwide and for U.S. orders, we provide you with a tracking number free of charge in order to track the status of your order. United States orders are shipped via Priority Mail in most cases. Larger items are shipped via UPS and on occasion we use U.S. Parcel Post. We provide insurance on delicate items which will be provided after the item ships. we will not be responsible for items that are lost in transit since we provide tracking information to show it has left our doorstep. International clients which includes Canada and Hawaii email us for the best shipping method and price. We normally send International items via Registered Mail which is a flat fee by the USPS. This ensures a receipt for the Buyer and Seller to be able to track items.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept refunds if our client is not completely satisfied. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange for the return of the item. Refunds are minus shipping charges, unless we errored they we pay all shipping for the return of the item along with the shipping you have paid; however, the item must be returned in its original condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
We do our best to describe and provide a narrative of the colors of each item due to the fact that pic colors are not always the same as the item appears. So we will provide a visual color description, measurements, and sizes, where applicable. Email us if you have any questions.
