Announcement    Goldsmithing is my passion. It inspires me to make a noble piece of jewelry from such hard materials as gold and silver.

First there is only the "naked" metal in front of me and then this exciting and exhilarating work begins. Of course I have an idea, a first draft in my head and now I saw, shape, bend, hammer, solder ... and finally, a unique piece of jewelry is created from the bare material; I breathed something like life into the material. Often new ideas come to me during the processing, which I then immediately implement on the respective piece.

My goal is that a ring, an ear stud, a pendant, a brooch should always be a small work of art that you never get bored and that you like to look at again and again – a bit like an interesting and beautiful painting. I originally come from the visual arts, which you can probably still see a bit in my jewelry, especially in the brooches and pendants. But also with the ear studs and rings, I am always interested in designing a shape tension or a shape contrast, because that makes a piece of jewelry beautiful AND interesting. That's why it's also important to me that the craftsmanship and artistic work remains visible in my pieces.

When a piece of jewelry is finished by me, the second joy comes into play for me, and that is related to you who buy the piece. If I have breathed life into the material, the piece of jewelry gets a story through you. The ring that was given as a gift for passing the exam. The stud earrings that your girlfriend gave you when you needed comfort. The pendant you gave yourself – just like that. Each piece of jewelry gets a story that can then be spun on even over the generations.

And a particularly beautiful story begins when I sell wedding rings. Wedding rings that express so much more than the gold or silver they are made of. Wedding rings that reflect mutual love and the mutual promise to be there for each other. Precisely because every love is so unique, this can and should be visible in the rings. Therefore, you can and should tell me your individual wishes for the design, which I am happy to implement – as far as it is technically possible.

I make every piece of jewellery alone in my workshop in Berlin, from the design to the finished piece. Only when I incorporate gemstones do I have to bring the setting of the stones to the stone setter. This is a separate profession that I have not learned.

I only process fair trade 925 silver and fair trade 14 ct and 18ct gold. Precisely because jewelry is supposed to be fun, it would be downright paradoxical not to care about fairness and sustainability. You will always receive a certificate of the Fairtrade or Fairmined material from me when you buy it.

Goldsmithing is my passion. I am thrilled to be able to make a fine piece of jewelry from materials as hard as gold and silver are.

First there is only the "bare" metal and then this exciting and exhilarating work begins. Of course I have an idea, a first draft in my head and now I saw, shape, bend, hammer, solder ... and finally a unique piece of jewelry is created from the bare material; I breathed something like life into the material. Often, new ideas come to me while working on it, which I then immediately implement on the respective piece.

My goal is that a ring, an ear stud, a pendant, a brooch should always be a little work of art that you never get bored and that you always enjoy looking at - a bit like an interesting and beautiful painting. I originally come from the fine arts, which you can probably still see a bit in my jewelry, especially in the brooches and pendants. But also with the ear studs and rings, I always want to design a form tension or a form contrast, because that makes a piece of jewelry beautiful AND interesting. That is why it is also important to me that the craftsmanship and artistic work remain visible on my pieces.

When a piece of jewelery is then finished by me, the second joy comes into play for me, and it is related to you who buy the piece. When I breathed life into the material, you will give the story to the piece of jewelery. The ring that was given to you when you passed the exam. The stud earrings your girlfriend gave you when you needed consolation. The pendant that you gave yourself - just like that.
