How long will it take until you will ship out my order?

At the moment the processing time of orders is between 1-4 weeks before I can send them out. I got many orders and the Etsy shop is NOT my main job, so I hope for your understanding!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

If you're not from Germany it can take 1 - 6 weeks to arrive. i have no control over how fast the mail delivery people are. I recommend upgrading to tracked shipping to stay up to date on exactly where your package is.

When will you answer my message I wrote to you?
