If you ordered and received a ring from us in the wrong size we will make you a brand new ring in the correct size FREE, but you'll have to pay for shipping.

IF YOU ORDERED A RING SET WITH MORE THAN 1 RING IN THE WRONG SIZE:
We will make you new rings in the correct sizes. However, the first ring is FREE, all subsequent rings are FULL LISTING PRICE.
THE VERY BEST WAY TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS IS TO GET YOUR FINGER PROFESSIONALLY MEASURED FOR SIZE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Our tungsten bands give you peace of mind because they come with a Lifetime Warranty that covers accidental damage. In most cases damaged ring must be returned to us for inspection. If we determine that the ring was damaged accidentally and not due to abuse, we will replace the ring FREE. However, buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. We will not cover any shipping, processing, or custom fees.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VOID THIS POLICY IF WE DETERMINE THAT IT IS BEING ABUSED. WE WILL NOT REPLACE RINGS THAT WE DETERMINE HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO USER MISUSE, ABUSE, AND/OR WEAR AND TEAR.

I contact the seller and they were so friendly and accommodating and said they would send another one free of charge. This was super helpful as it was pur mistake with the size and we were using them as wedding rings. Amazing customer service!
