About Us

We are interested in preserving and interpreting the classy, tasteful optimism of vintage era through greetings, home decor, and nostalgia. We greatly value how we spend our leisure time.

Scotch and Cream is primarily run by Robin Soltis, with the support of her partner, Alvin. Robin is the illustrator, artist, creator, and Alvin is the business side.

Together we have a senior-rescue Brussels Griffon named Bob.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads

If any items arrive damaged, please let me know as soon as possible and I can either send out another one or offer a refund.

* Please pay for items right away so we can get them to you quickly
Shipping
* Items will be shipped to address provided on Etsy's system unless otherwise noted
* USPS standard delivery is from 5-10 days
* International shipping is 9-18 days expected delivery

Flat prints are packaged in a rigid mailer, bagged with sturdy board backing, so while I don't expect damage to be a common occurrence, things do happen and I will either refund or send out another one if available.
